Jonas Eriksson

Jonas Eriksson has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and leadership roles. Jonas is currently working as an Engineering Director and Area Lead Connectivity Platform at Tink. Previously, they worked at Zettle by PayPal as a Director of Engineering, where they led a team of 55 engineers and focused on building strong autonomous teams with a customer-centric approach. Jonas also held the role of Tech Manager, leading two tech teams with 14 engineers, focusing on scaling and transformation. Before that, Jonas worked at Swedbank as the Chief Product Owner and Head of Swedbank Development Platforms, where they managed an engineering unit of up to 90 people and was responsible for the roadmap, delivery, and lifecycle management of development platform services. Jonas also held the position of Head of Continuous Delivery, where they implemented Continuous Integration, Delivery, and Deployment practices across the organization. Prior to that, Jonas worked at Ericsson as a Product Manager and Program Manager, managing large cross-functional teams and agile program organizations. Jonas also worked at ST-Ericsson as an Advanced Project Manager, leading multi-site projects and managing budgets and resources. Jonas began their career at Ericsson as a Software Engineer and Team Lead, responsible for team deliveries, and later as a Software Engineer in the areas of HSPA and GPRS/EDGE.

Jonas Eriksson attended Linköping University from 1999 to 2004, where they completed a Master of Science degree in Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering.
