Robert Harman

Robert Harman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles within the food and beverage industry. Starting in 2012, they worked at Pita Pit USA, holding positions such as General Manager, Assistant Manager, Shift Lead, and Crew Member until January 2015. From March 2014 to June 2015, they served as a Bar Supervisor at DoubleTree by Hilton, where they trained bartenders, tracked finances, and maintained bookkeeping. Robert then became a Bar Manager at Varsity Club Restaurant from September 2014 to December 2015. In this role, they were responsible for ordering alcoholic beverages, managing company money, and overseeing marketing campaigns. From February 2015 to March 2016, Harman simultaneously held the position of Administrative Manager at Papa John's International, where they processed new hire employees and coordinated with general and district managers regarding hiring needs. Robert then worked as a Bar Manager at McCurdy's Restaurant and Deck on Moonlight Bay from May 2014 to August 2016, overseeing expense reporting, cost control, and data tracking. Robert also made schedules for the business. From August 2016 to June 2017, they held the position of Bar Manager and Setup Supervisor at Rock Springs Center/The Jockey Club. Responsibilities included planning and ordering alcoholic products, bookkeeping, and training bar staff. From July 2017 to December 2018, Harman was the Bar Manager and Marketing Manager at Totopos Street Food and Tequila. Robert was responsible for ordering all alcohol, training employees, marketing, and preparing ingredients. Most recently, they became the Owner/Operator and Director of Outside Sales at Tint World® Automotive Styling Centers™ in April 2020.

Robert Harman, MHA holds a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Colorado State University Global, which they obtained from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in University Studies - Health Science Administration from East Carolina University, where they studied from 2011 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Robert has also obtained multiple certifications in various areas such as leadership, communication, and customer service from LinkedIn, with the most recent certifications obtained in 2021.
