William Schleifer

William Schleifer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. William was the CEO of Powerup since November 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Venture Partner at Rise Capital starting from January 2014. At Tintash, they held the position of VP of Client Engagement since January 2020. William served as the VP of Engineering, Innovations Group at Bed Bath & Beyond from July 2018 to October 2019. From April 2015 to July 2018, they were the VP of Engineering at Decorist. Before that, they worked at Say Media as the Director of Engineering from May 2013 to December 2014 and as the Media Lab Director from July 2011 to May 2013. William co-founded and served as the CTO of Sideshow from June 2000 to July 2011. Lastly, they were a co-founder and CTO at Cypria.com from 1999 to 2002.

William Schleifer attended The City University of New York, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. This educational experience took place until the year 2012.
