Gosia R. has a wealth of experience in the digital and customer experience space. Gosia began their career in 2007 working as an E-commerce Customer Support for Delticom AG. Gosia then moved to DANTOM Sp. z o.o. in 2009 as an International Sales & Marketing. In 2010, they joined Franklin Templeton where they held various roles including Digital Client Experience Manager, Global Web Production Manager, Web Content Production Supervisor, and Web Content Producer. In 2021, Gosia moved to GSK as a Customer Experience Manager and most recently, in 2022, they joined Tiny as a Digital Experience Manager.
Gosia R. has obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Web Marketing from Kozminski University, a Master's degree in Scandinavian Studies from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Art Curating from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu.
