Tiny Drumsticks is NYC’s largest shared kitchen network, built to keep food businesses moving. From solo chefs and caterers to CPG brands and national teams, our fully equipped, health-approved kitchens so you can move straight into production; no hassle, no holdup.

We handle the infrastructure, maintenance, and compliance so you can focus on production—not permits, repairs, or overhead. Whether you need space occasionally, daily, or during emergencies, our flexible model adapts to your workflow.

Founded in 2011 from a single 2,500 sq. ft. kitchen, we’ve grown into a 30,000 sq. ft. multi-location culinary ecosystem. Today, hundreds of food entrepreneurs rely on us for reliable space, smooth operations, and a community of people who simply get it.

We’re the launchpad where food ideas scale—and we’re just getting started.
