Juno Chen

Juno Chen is an accomplished product design and strategy leader with extensive experience in driving innovative solutions across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Product for Platform & Developer Experience at TinyFish, Juno is responsible for defining the Enterprise Web Agent Platform and optimizing user experiences for major clients like Google. Prior roles include Head of Design & Research at Alibaba Group, where Juno transformed B2B strategies, and Director of Product Design at Boston Consulting Group Digital Ventures, where significant revenue opportunities were created across multiple platforms. Juno also has experience in academia as a co-instructor at ArtCenter College of Design and has worked with prominent companies such as Walt Disney Imagineering and Toyota. Juno holds a Master of Science in Graduate Industrial Design from ArtCenter College of Design, along with an exchange program at INSEAD and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial and Product Design from Tongji University.
