Frida Kitz

Frida Kitz is the current Director of Fund Development at Pitch It Green, a non-profit organization that promotes environmental sustainability. Frida has held this position since July 2020. Prior to that, they were the Executive Director of the organization for a year.

Kitz has also worked as a Marketing and Communications Assistant at the University of Toronto and as a Young Urban Forest Leader at LEAF - Local Enhancement and Appreciation of Forests. In these roles, they have helped develop and implement marketing and communications campaigns, designed social media content and newsletters, and organized public events.

Kitz is passionate about environmental sustainability and believes that everyone has a role to play in protecting our planet. Frida is committed to educating others about the importance of sustainability and promoting green initiatives through their work at Pitch It Green.

Frida Kitz has a Master of Forest Conservation from the University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Forest Conservation from the University of Toronto. Frida also has certification from LEAF in the Tree Tenders Training Program and certification from the Canadian Yachting Association in the Pleasure Craft Operator License.
