Pearce Tibbles is a seasoned executive with a diverse background in business operations and leadership. Currently serving as a Portfolio Operating Executive at Tiny and Chief Executive Officer at Wholesalepet.com, Pearce has previously held significant roles including Chief Operating Officer at Trilogy and Spiffy, where responsibilities ranged from leading company operations to driving strategic growth in various markets. As the owner of Tint Spray Tan, Pearce transformed the business into Oakville's highest-rated spray tan studio before selling it in 2025. Pearce also founded Caché, a subscription meal-kit delivery service, and worked as a Commercial Real Estate Consultant for MPA Inc., where major retail brands were supported in their leasing decisions.
