Paola Macena

Paola Macena has extensive work experience in various roles related to HR management and office administration. Paola currently works at TinyBytes as an HR Manager. Prior to this, they worked at Tap4Fun Barcelona as an Administrator HR Manager, where they were responsible for launching the Spanish branch and handling various tasks such as negotiation with providers, budget control, and events coordination. Before that, they worked at StartSmart.es as a Co-Founder, contributing to the company's growth and development from October 2019 to November 2021. Paola also worked at ZeptoLab as an HR Administration Manager, Citygrove Developments España as an Office Manager & HR, USG People (Unique) as a Customer Attention & Office Manager, Grupo Parmenides S.L. as an Executive Assistant, and Electriciada, television y comunicacion S.L. as a Management Secretary.
