Kyle Bennett has extensive experience in sales and business development. Kyle began their career in 2008 as a Logistics Representative at Old Navy. In 2009, they moved to Cintas Corporation as a Sales Representative, where they negotiated agreements and contracts with an average of 12 potential customers per week. In 2011, Bennett took on multiple roles, including Day-To-Day Substitute Teacher at Morgan Hill Unified School District, Team Representative at Charlie Rose Baseball, and Pitching Coach at Gavilan College. In 2013, Bennett founded Gavilan Hornets Baseball. In 2014, they became an Outside Sales Representative at Athletics Unlimited. In 2016, they took on the role of Staffing Consultant at Randstad USA. In 2018, Bennett joined Diamond Kinetics as a Regional Manager - Business Development and Business Development Manager - West. In their roles at Diamond Kinetics, Bennett drove brand awareness and affinity, product usage, and loyalty among customers, influencers, and end-users for the Western-half of the United States and Internationally. Kyle also led initiatives to identify and secure large NCAA programs and strategy around generating value for both sides. Bennett is currently a Territory Manager at TinyMobileRobots.

Kyle Bennett began their educational journey in 1999 when they attended Live Oak High School and graduated in 2003. Kyle then went on to San Jose City College and earned an Associate of Arts in General Studies in 2006. Following this, they attended Western Oregon University and obtained a BS in Business with a minor in Sports Management in 2009. Most recently, Kyle Bennett earned a Master of Science (MS) in Sports Management from American Military University in 2018.
