Rachel Epperson

Rachel Epperson is a seasoned project and program management professional with extensive experience in digital production and marketing. Currently serving as Project Lead at TinyWins since March 2024, Rachel previously held the position of Program Manager at Aero from December 2021 to April 2023. Rachel's career also includes roles as Senior Digital Producer and Digital Producer at Bader Rutter from February 2019 to November 2021, as well as Digital Producer and Associate Producer at Hoffman York from July 2016 to February 2019. Early in the career, Rachel gained experience as an Account Coordinator at Moroch Partners and as a Marketing Coordinator at Plaid Swan. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a focus on Advertising and Public Relations from Clarke University, completed between 2012 and 2014.
