Sander Smits

Sander Smits possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Lecturer, Student Recruiter, and Project Coach at Tio Business School since September 2018. In addition to educational roles, Sander is the owner of multiple enterprises, including Sander Smits Hospitality Consultancy and Sander Smits Hospitality Training & Coaching. Previous positions include F&B Manager at WestCord Hotels and ownership roles at Cafe Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City, where notable achievements included ranking in the top 30 restaurants within one year. Sander's career also includes significant contributions to InterContinental Hotels Group as Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager and various roles across prestigious hotel brands. An accomplished photographer, Sander holds a Master of Fine Arts and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography.
