Ronald Dolan

Ronald Dolan has an extensive work experience in the sales and marketing industry. Ronald began their career in 1991 as a Strategic Global Account Executive at QAD. In 1996, they moved on to Interact Commerce Corp as the Director of OEM Products and Strategies, where they developed a Strategic Business Plan to capture middle market (Tier 2/3) ERP/SCM as resale partners. During their time there, they marketed, sold, and contracted 47 OEM agreements - more than 200% over quota. Ronald then joined Hire.com as a Strategic Accounts in 2001. In 2003, they were hired as Director of Sales at International Decision Systems, where they established sales methodology and deployed CRM solution (Saleslogix). Ronald was later promoted to Vice President of Sales and delivered 17% sales growth in 2003. In 2009, they joined Digineer as Vice President of Sales. There, they introduced a new sales methodology and increased revenue by 140% of plan. In 2010, they were recruited to Exact as National Sales Leader, and increased revenue by 38% in 2010 and 56% in 2011. In 2014, they became President and Chief Sales Officer at TIP Technologies, a pioneer in quality assurance software. In 2019, they joined the Commercial Space Federation as a Board Member and the Aerospace Industries Association as Vice Chairman Technical Operation Council, Executive Committee, AIA and Board of Govenors.

Ronald Dolan began their educational journey at Stamford Catholic High School from 1971 to 1974, where they earned a General Studies Diploma. Ronald then attended the Virginia Military Institute from 1974 to 1978, where they earned a degree in English Language and Literature/Letters. Lastly, they attended R U from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
