Curt Fall

Curt Fall is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, compliance, and data protection, currently serving as Associate General Counsel, Data Protection Officer, and Compliance Leader at TIP Trailer Services since October 2013. In this role, Curt manages global legal processes, develops policies for compliance, and provides essential support to the Executive Management Team on legal matters. Previous positions include Senior Corporate Counsel, Corporate Counsel, and Corporate Governance Lawyer at TIP Trailer Services, as well as Managing Partner at FPA International Legal Services and Director of Sales for Europe at Vound, LLC. Curt holds a Master of Laws from Leiden University and a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School, bolstered by a background in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
