Michael Rodriguez

Michael Rodriguez is an accomplished Lean process engineer with extensive experience in operational excellence and manufacturing. Currently serving as the Lean process engineer Expert for Europe at TIP Group since April 2021, Michael focuses on Lean Six Sigma methodologies and oversees operational excellence across Europe. Prior to this role, Michael worked at Safran from April 2015 to April 2021, where responsibilities included leading Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing projects, transforming organizational processes, and coaching Green Belt trainees. Michael's educational background includes a Diplôme d'ingénieur in aerospace engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Mécanique et d'Aérotechnique and a Double diplôme in transport engineering from ISAE ENSMA and Université de Poitiers. Michael has also completed internships in diverse fields including process engineering and R&D, contributing to advancements in manufacturing and technology.
