Michael Flibbert

Michael Flibbert currently serves as the VP of National Accounts at TIP, a wholesale executive benefits advisory firm, since August 2025. In this role, Michael focuses on identifying coverage deficiencies, offering innovative plan design solutions, and providing comprehensive administrative support to employee benefits and retirement consulting firms across the nation. Prior to joining TIP, Michael accumulated extensive experience at Unum from February 1998 to July 2025, holding various leadership positions including National Relationship Director, National Sales Development Director, Account Manager, and IDI Sales Coordinator. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Southern Maine.
