Michael Westerfield is the Regional Vice President for TIP, where they work with advisors and firms nationwide to design and implement executive benefit solutions. With a background in client-facing comprehensive planning, Michael has a unique ability to understand and address clients' needs in the complex insurance marketplace. Prior to joining TIP in 2019, they managed a financial advisory practice for 15 years. Michael earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas and holds multiple FINRA licenses, alongside life and health licenses. Outside of work, they are passionate about family, children, sports, and golf.
