Scott Ridge

Scott Ridge is the Director of Distribution at TIP, where they leverage over 25 years of experience in the executive benefits market, focusing on supplemental individual disability insurance. Previously, they held various positions at TIP, including Senior Consultant, and at Unum as a Client Manager and Senior Account Manager. Scott is also a member of the Pastoral Staff at The Ministry Center, facilitating service planning and leading committees. They earned a degree in Finance from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. In their personal life, Scott enjoys supporting their three active children, playing golf, turkey hunting, and taking beach vacations with family.
