Fawn M.

Fawn M. is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in marketing communications, graphic design, and education. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing at TIPCO Technologies since January 2025, Fawn previously held the role of Director of Marketing and Communications at the YMCA of Frederick County from December 2019 to January 2025. Fawn's expertise encompasses content planning, social media management, web design, and metrics analysis. With a strong background in graphic design, Fawn has worked in various capacities including Marketing Communications Manager and Creative Designer at Strategic Factory, as well as Director of Creative Services at Mount St. Mary's University, where Fawn also taught part-time courses in graphic design. Additional teaching roles were fulfilled at Kaplan University and Goucher College. Fawn holds a Master's degree in Publication Design from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
