Avner Bendheim is the CEO and Co-Founder of Tip&Cue (since 2024). They previously served as Head of the Corporate Innovation Department at the Israeli Air Force from 2017 to 2019, where they conceptualized and developed technological solutions for operational and organizational needs and led the Air Force Accelerator program. From 2020 to 2022, they were the Space Program Director in the Operational Requirements Department of the Israeli Air Force, responsible for the force build-up of space systems and for space-related international cooperation and G2G initiatives on behalf of the Air Force. In 2020, they participated in Starburst Aerospace as a Cross-industry internship and ASTRA Space Accelerator program development lead. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautics & Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (2008–2011), a Master of Design (M.Des.) in Industrial and Product Design, cum laude, from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design (2017–2019), and a Master of Sciences (M.Sc.) in Space Studies from International Space University (2019–2020).
