Ines Nishimura, CCLP, currently serves as a Training and Development Specialist at Cérélia North America, starting in September 2023, focusing on assessing training needs and delivering training through various methods. Ines also holds the position of Training Manager at TIP Group since December 2022, where responsibilities include conducting learning needs analyses and identifying solutions for business objectives.
