Paul Carter

Paul Carter is an experienced transportation and operations professional with a diverse background in logistics and fleet management. Currently serving as Branch Operations Manager at TIP Group since September 2023, Paul previously held the position of Operations Manager at Gray Rentals from February 2010 to September 2023, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with VOSA regulations and managing breakdowns efficiently. Earlier in the career, Paul worked as an LGV Driver with Transwaste Ltd and Alan Carter Transport, specializing in hook lift operations and temperature-controlled logistics, respectively, following a foundational role as an LGV Engineer at Imperial Commercials Ltd.
