Russell Abrams has over three decades of work experience in various roles and industries. Russell started their career as a Junior Broker at Mclaughlin, Piven, Vogel Inc in 1994, and later became an Owner/Operator at Tyler Contracting from 1989 to 1997. Russell then worked at Dave Smith Motors, where they served as an Internet Sales Manager from 1997 to 1999, and as a Finance Manager/Assistant Director from 1999 to 2008.
In 2008, Abrams founded and managed VertiSEL, an application development and management company, until 2012. Russell then worked as a Consultant/Business Development at Dave Smith Motors from 2009 to 2013.
Abrams joined LumberUnion as a Financial Analyst/Controller from 2017 to 2018. Russell served as the Chief Financial Officer at Radius Educational Services from 2012 onwards.
In recent years, Abrams co-founded and served as an Associate Founder at TipHaus from 2020 and DropIn Gaming from 2021. Currently, they are working as a Dealership Finance Director at Gee Automotive Companies, starting from March 2018.
Russell Abrams has a diverse education history. Russell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Accounting from The University of Montana between 1989 and 1994. In 1985, they attended the New York Military Academy and studied Army JROTC/ROTC for two years. Russell completed their high school education at Longmeadow High School between 1987 and 1989. More recently, Russell earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Gonzaga University in 2012 and 2013.
