Michael Buhagiar

Michael Buhagiar is an experienced data engineer currently employed at Tipico since March 2020. Previously, Michael worked as a Big Data Engineer at Betsson Group, where responsibilities included utilizing Big Data technologies to tackle real-time business challenges. Prior roles include serving as a BI/Backend Developer at Minely, focusing on custom Big Data solutions, and as a Senior Software Developer and Software Developer at ISB Malta, managing project deliveries and agile team efforts. Michael's career began as a Data Warehouse Developer at APS Bank Ltd and included a student internship at Malta Enterprise. Michael holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Communication Technology from the University of Malta and a MATSEC Certificate in Advanced Level Mathematics & Computing from De La Salle College, Malta.
