James Hart

James Hart has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. James is currently the Head of Operations & Product at TiPJAR® since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at BrewDog, starting as an Assistant Manager from February 2018 to March 2019. James then served as a General Manager from March 2019 to April 2020, followed by the role of Head of Delivery from May 2020 to November 2022. Overall, they have demonstrated a strong track record of leadership and operational excellence.

James Hart earned a Bachelor's degree in Playwriting and Screenwriting from Sheffield Hallam University, where they attended from 2011 to 2014. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production at the University of Sussex from 2016 to 2017.
