Mahalia Reader

Mahalia Reader is currently the Head of Finance at TiPJAR® since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Financial Controller and Interim Financial Controller at Exile Group from June 2022 to September 2023, and as a Senior Commercial Analyst at Dentsu from March 2022 to June 2022. Mahalia served as a Finance Business Partner at Save the Children UK from February 2021 to March 2022, and worked as a Senior Audit Associate at EY from January 2020 to January 2021. Additionally, Mahalia was a Trainee Chartered Accountant at Blick Rothenberg from September 2016 to September 2019, achieving ACA Qualification. Mahalia holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen Mary University of London, completed in 2016.
