Robert Mäbert is an accomplished designer with extensive experience in leading design initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Founding Designer at TipTop since February 2022, Robert previously held significant roles at Postmates by Uber from December 2016 to April 2022, where responsibilities included serving as Creative Director and leading the Design Lead for Brand Studio. During this tenure, Robert spearheaded notable campaigns such as "Love at First Bite" and "We Get it," and directed the redesign of the Postmates logo and design system. Prior experience includes being the Lead Interactive Designer at shopkick from November 2009 to July 2016, where Robert contributed to the app's growth to 20 million users before its acquisition for $250 million. Further design expertise was gained at CBS Interactive as a Senior Graphic Artist and at 12snap in Germany as a Senior Visual Designer, where Robert's design for the Coca-Cola "Message in a Bottle" campaign won multiple Cannes Lions Awards.
