Randy Maultsby

Randy Maultsby has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Randy started their career at Salomon Brothers as an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group from August 1995 to August 1998. Randy then joined Conning as an Associate in Conning Capital Partners from January 1999 to February 2000. After that, they worked at JP Morgan Chase as an Associate in the Technology M&A Group from February 2000 to May 2001. Following their position at JP Morgan Chase, Randy worked at Fox-Pitt, Kelton as a Director in the Corporate Finance department from July 2001 to September 2008. Currently, they serve as the President and Head of Corporate Strategy & Development at Tiptree Inc, a position they have held since October 2009.

Randy Maultsby earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Hampton University.
