Prabal Jain

Prabal Jain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic roles, currently serving as Chief of Staff at Tiqs since February 2022. Previously, Prabal held the position of Senior Consultant at EY and worked as a Consultant at EXL, where responsibilities included managing complex projects and client engagements. Prabal has also participated as a delegate in prestigious conferences such as the IdeaLab! - WHU Founders' Conference and the Asia Investment Banking Conference, showcasing a commitment to networking and professional development. An entrepreneurial background is reflected in the co-founding of Scholar Mate, aimed at innovating school management systems, along with leadership experience managing a large-scale festival at IIT Guwahati. Prabal holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.
