Brian Mitchell

Brian Mitchell, Ph.D., PMP, LEED AP, CPI, serves as a Senior Project Manager at Tiree since 2012, leading compliance reviews for the Science and Parliamentary Infrastructure Branch. Concurrently, Brian is a Partial Load Professor at Algonquin College, instructing project management and business courses, and holds a part-time position as a Contract Instructor at Sprott School of Business at Carleton University. In addition to teaching, Brian contributes as a reviewer for the European Academy of Management and the Polish Journal of Management Studies. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager and National Practice Manager at Pivotal Projects Inc., Project Manager at SNC-Lavalin, and various teaching positions. Brian holds a Ph.D. from MATE University and a Master’s in Project Management from Université du Québec en Outaouais.
