Howard Babb, P. Eng. is an experienced professional in project management, currently serving as the Director of Project Management at Tiree since April 2013. Prior to this role, Howard held the position of Senior Project Manager at CB Richard Ellis from 2007 to April 2011, and subsequently served as Director of Project Management at CBRE from April 2011 to March 2013. Howard holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Memorial University of Newfoundland, earned from 1983 to 1988.
