John Cavanaugh

John Cavanaugh has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. John is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at TireHub since 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer & Vice President at GOJO Industries from 2019 to 2023.

Before joining GOJO Industries, John worked at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company for a significant duration. Within the company, they held various roles such as Global Shared Service Center General Manager, Business Transformation Leader, Finance Leader for Commercial Tire Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), Finance Leader for the Nordics, Vice President & Finance Leader for Global Procurement, General Manager & Vice President for Off Highway Tires NAT, Finance Leader for Commercial Tire NAT, Operations Leader for Race Division NAT, and Finance Leader for Off Highway Tires NAT. John'stenure at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company lasted from 2003 to 2018.

Prior to their time at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, John worked at Visteon Corporation where they served as Treasury Director for Capital Markets and Treasury Manager for Cash & Pension Investments from 2000 to 2003. Before that, they began their career at Kmart as a Treasury Analyst/Senior Financial Analyst from 1998 to 2000.

John also has military experience as a Captain - Infantry Officer in the US Marine Corps from 1992 to 1996.

John Cavanaugh received their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Notre Dame, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. John later pursued an MBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, completing it between 1996 and 1998. Additionally, in September 2001, John obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute.
