Michael is a seasoned professional in real estate investment, design, development, and management, currently serving as Senior Director at Tishman Speyer since November 2021, focusing on an enterprise research campus in collaboration with Harvard University. As Principal Owner of The Bongiorni Group since March 2016, Michael has led various initiatives in strategic planning and project management for the built environment. Previous roles include Vice President of Development at The Cincotta Co., Senior Project Manager at Northstar Project & Real Estate Services and the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority, and Project Manager at Perkins&Will. Additionally, Michael has experience in academia as a Lecturer at Suffolk University, teaching courses on entrepreneurship and design in the built environment.
