Erasmo Roscilli

Erasmo Roscilli is currently serving as a Pre-Sales Solution Architect at Sparkle since March 2023. Prior to this role, Roscilli worked at Fastweb from June 2020 to March 2023 as a Technical Customer Support Specialist, where responsibilities included providing third-level support for complex issues in IP networks and voice platforms, supervising outsourced technical assistance, coordinating with internal teams, and managing client relationships for enterprise-level customers. Roscilli holds a Master’s degree in Networks and Computer Systems from Centro Elis and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Sciences from Sapienza Università di Roma, along with a Classical Diploma from Liceo Classico G. Carducci.
