Massimo Terzi

Massimo Terzi is an accomplished professional with over three decades of experience in the telecommunications and IT sectors. Currently, Massimo serves as the Head of Enterprise Post Sales at Sparkle, where responsibilities focus on the post-sales process within the enterprise market since April 2022. Previously, Massimo held leadership roles at Global Cloud Xchange, including Head of Operations Italy and Senior Project Manager, overseeing project implementations for large global accounts, with an emphasis on retail market solutions and enhancing project management skills in multicultural environments. At T-Systems Italy, Massimo served as a Senior Project Manager and ICT Delivery Manager, managing project documentation, resource allocation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Early career experiences include a Network Engineer role at EDS Electronic Data Systems Italy, where Massimo specialized in network analysis and management for the banking sector. Massimo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from IULM University.
