Tim Ragan

CEO and Founder at TissueVision

Tim Ragan began their career in 2001 as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they worked on developing image segmentation algorithms and invented Serial Two-Photon tomography. In 2005, they founded TissueVision, Inc. (TVI), a multi-disciplinary life sciences company offering 3D tissue imaging and analysis solutions for the research market. As CEO and Founder of TVI, Ragan created the powerful Serial Two-Photon Plus (STP\u00b2) platform which featured stunning high-resolution multispectral datasets and analysis pipelines that create reliable 3D tissue models.

Tim Ragan earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biophysics and Computational Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2001. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
