Ayan Saha is a strategy-led business professional with 8 years of diverse experience in sectors such as FMCG, renewable energy, public policy, and mobility. Currently serving as DGM and Chief of Staff at Titagarh, Ayan is focused on transforming global mobility initiatives. Previously, Ayan held roles including Executive Assistant at Highland Group, where they led strategic initiatives, and at Captain Fresh, where Ayan scaled a new product category significantly. Ayan’s career began at Vikram Solar as a Product Manager, building foundational skills in cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making. Ayan holds a Master of Technology in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a Bachelor's Degree in Nanotechnology from the Central University of Jharkhand.
