Jay Poddar currently holds the position of Project & Business Development at Titagarh since July 2022. Prior to this, Jay served as EA to the Managing Director at Neo Metaliks Ltd. from May 2017 to February 2020, and completed a leadership trainee program at GroupM from June 2016 to January 2017. Jay began professional experience as a Management Trainee at Phillip Capital India Pvt. Ltd. in April 2015, focusing on equity market insights and investment product customization. An early internship at Hindustan Motors Ltd. in May 2013 provided exposure to automobile manufacturing processes. Jay holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and Operations from Xavier Institute of Management, completed in 2016, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, awarded in 2014, along with a High School certificate in Science from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
