Sunil Jha is an experienced engineer and technology leader with a diverse background in engineering and project management. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Titagarh since November 2025, Sunil previously held the position of Senior Director of Engineering at ideaForge from June 2023 to November 2025, focusing on unmanned aerial vehicles and advanced project management practices. With prior extensive experience at CLAAS as Director of Engineering, Sunil managed multiple engineering departments and led research and development efforts. Additional roles include Senior Engineering Manager at Textron, Senior Lead Engineer at John Deere, and Scientist at the Defence Research and Development Organisation, where Sunil contributed significantly to missile design and development. Sunil holds an M.Tech in Computer Integrated Design and Manufacturing and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur.
