Titan Builders, Inc is a second generation development and construction firm located in Miami-Dade County, in Southern Florida. Founded in 1981 by Donald W. Shackelford, P.E., and becoming Baseline Development in 2013, when sons Brandon and Shane came onboard to continue the Legacy.
