Andrew Nerney

Andrew Nerney has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Andrew started their career in the United States Army as an E4 Specialist from 1993 to 1995. Andrew then worked as a Market Analyst at International Data Corporation in Brazil in 2003, where they developed competitor profiles for IBM Global Services. Andrew then joined American International Group in 2004, initially as an Agency Associate, where they managed reporting tools and analyzed sales and productivity reports. Andrew later became an eLearning Analyst, leading a project team to develop an online learning tool for claims adjudicators. From 2008 to 2014, Andrew worked at MetLife Alico as a Senior Business Operations Analyst. There, they implemented Salesforce to replace manual workflow tracking and created dashboards and reports on financial results and sales team performance. Since 2014, Andrew has been with zPaper, an Independent Software Vendor, where they held the position of Solution Engineer and Implementation Specialist. zPaper's products enable customers to send and receive documents within the Salesforce platform. In 2022, they joined TITAN as a Senior Solution Engineer.

Andrew Nerney has a diverse education history. In 2015, they attended Trailhead by Salesforce, although they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study during this time. From 2002 to 2004, Andrew pursued an International Master of Business Administration (IMBA) degree with a focus on International Business at the Darla Moore School of Business. Prior to that, from 1996 to 2001, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Alabama.

In addition to their formal education, Andrew has also acquired several certifications. In May 2014, they became a Salesforce.com System Administrator after completing the corresponding certification program offered by salesforce.com. In November 2016, Andrew obtained the Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification from Salesforce. In the same month, they also achieved the Security Specialist Superbadge from Trailhead by Salesforce. Later, in October 2018, Andrew earned the Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification from Salesforce. Andrew'smost recent certification is the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, which they obtained in July 2021 from Salesforce.
