Igal Kiselov has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Igal began their career at Ravon Electronics Ltd. in 2007, where they worked in quality assurance and focused on improving processes and ensuring the production of high-quality products. Afterward, they joined the Israel Cancer Association as a teacher, where they developed relationships with youth, provided encouragement and role modeling, and fulfilled the requirements of the school program.

In 2011, Kiselov joined Pisga IT Solutions as a system analyst. In this role, they analyzed clients' existing systems, translated client requirements into project briefs, and worked closely with developers and end-users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.

Kiselov then moved to Goldenfeeds in 2013 and held the position of Head of Support. Here, they implemented efficient and cost-effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction, created global customer support teams, and drove recruitment efforts and training programs for new teams.

In 2017, Kiselov transitioned to the role of Director of Operations & Project Manager at Goldenfeeds (Fornova). In this capacity, they managed global operations, overseeing customer and technical support teams across multiple locations. Igal fostered relationships between different teams, resulting in increased project delivery efficiency, customer satisfaction, and product feature alignment with market trends and customer needs.
