Melora Layne

Melora Layne is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience across various roles in information security. Currently serving as a Consultant at TITANONEZERO since August 2025, Melora previously held multiple positions at the Tennessee Valley Authority from September 2013 to May 2025, including Senior Program Manager and Cybersecurity Architect, where responsibilities encompassed FISMA security authorizations, IT control consolidation, and cybersecurity governance. Earlier experience includes serving as an Information Security Analyst at Cloudswell from February 2012 to August 2013, focusing on network analysis, vulnerability scanning, and regulatory compliance. Melora holds a Master of Information Technology in Information Security and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a focus on Computer Forensics from American InterContinental University, alongside additional studies at Louisiana State University.
