Alex Hannis

Alex Hannis is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and people operations, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Tithe.ly since January 2020, where responsibilities include managing onboarding processes and overseeing full cycle recruiting. Previously, Alex held roles such as People Operations Specialist and Customer Advocate at Tithe.ly, and prior to that, worked as an English Second Language Teacher at VIPKid. Alex also has experience as a Recruiter and Research and Language Associate with the International Mission Board, focusing on community engagement and support for impoverished minority groups. Alex holds a Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Applied Theology from California Baptist University.
