Joy Smallman

Joy Smallman is a seasoned digital designer with extensive experience in graphic creation and production for various brands. Currently serving as a Digital Designer at Title Nine since July 2015, Joy is responsible for creating graphics for digital and print needs, including email, website updates, and online advertisements. Prior to this role, Joy was a Digital Production Designer at Gap Inc./Old Navy, working closely with the Ecommerce Creative team on emails and banner ads. Joy's experience also includes serving as a Creative Production Artist at PureRED Integrated Marketing, where responsibilities encompassed email and promotional collateral design and project management. Earlier in the career, Joy managed Pieces of Heaven, an exclusive chocolate store, handling customer relations and sales operations. Joy holds a degree in Information Technology and Communication Design, with a focus on Visual Design, from California State University, Monterey Bay.
