Leonard Kuresa

Solutions Architect at Title21

Leonard Kuresa began their career in 2001 as an Oncology Data Technician with the Cancer Prevention Institute of California (CPIC). In this role, they were responsible for data entry for an in-house database, system backup/maintenance of tape libraries, and technical support for state-wide case management software. Leonard was later promoted to Programming Specialist, where they designed, modified, and maintained MS Access and Visual Basic applications, provided design criteria for software development, and delivered exceptional user technical support. In their final role at CPIC, Leonard was a Technology Specialist, delivering organizational technical support/installations and contributing to the development of the RegWeb (web based portal).

In 2015, Leonard joined Title21 Health Solutions as a Junior Solutions Architect. Leonard was later promoted to Solutions Architect and then to Application Support Specialist III. In this role, they successfully supported and maintained customer helpdesk ticketing system utilizing OsTicket System, provided customer tech support on site and during WebEx, RDP and VPN sessions, steered development of/troubleshot Crystal Reports, and assisted with software configuration and server provisioning. Leonard was later promoted to Application Support Specialist II, where they continued to perform all duties and meet responsibilities as described for Application Support Specialist, and additionally, utilized SQL for troubleshooting and backup SQL databases, and developed/maintained jobs and stored procedures.

Leonard Kuresa's education history includes attending Arroyo High School from 1992 to 1997, Ohlone College from 1999 to 2001, Las Positas College from 1999 to 2001, and Chabot College from 2000 to 2003. Leonard'sfield of study at Ohlone College was Business - Information Systems.
