Steven Joy

Steven Joy is an experienced title officer currently working with the Eagle 9 Cooperative Team at TitleVest since October 2023, previously part of the National Commercial Team and the New York Residential Team. Prior positions include Title Curative Specialist I at Robertson, Anschutz & Schneid, P.L., where Steven focused on resolving title issues within the Quiet Title Action team, and Legal Assistant at Zangen Law Firm, involving the drafting of legal documents and research. Initial legal experience includes a Certified Legal Intern position at Rutgers Civil Practice Clinic, an internship at the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, and work as an intern at Feuer Law Firm. Steven holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from Clark University.
