Bailey Grayson

Bailey Grayson, SHRM-CP, is an experienced professional currently serving as a Benefits Administrator at Titmouse, responsible for guiding employees in health insurance and 401(k) enrollment, administering the benefits portal, and managing employee information in the HRIS. Prior to this role, Grayson worked as a People Focused Production Coordinator at QCODE, where efforts to modernize the onboarding process led to the successful implementation of an online system. As a Creative Producer at Dodge College of Film and Media Arts, Grayson produced the award-winning short film "Femme Folle," skillfully negotiating contracts to reduce costs.
