Vicky Carmichael has a strong background in marketing and communications. Vicky began their career in 2005 as an Account Manager at Benefit Cosmetics. From there, they worked as a Programme Leader at Uxbridge College and then as a Digital Marketing Officer at AYUSA International GmbH. In 2011, they became a Communications Officer at Northumbria University before joining the Association of MBAs as a Marketing Executive the following year. In 2013, Vicky took on the role of Marketing Manager at White October Events, where they worked until 2017 when they joined Deeson as a Marketing Manager. Most recently, Vicky served as the Customer Experience Lead at Tito before becoming the Head of Product in January 2020.
Vicky Carmichael pursued their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Drama from Brunel University London, graduating in 2008. Vicky then furthered their studies in the field of Event and Festival Management by obtaining a Master of Science degree from Edinburgh Napier University in 2011. During that year, Vicky also participated in the Erasmus Programme at Università LUMSA, focusing on Festival and Event Marketing.
