Chris Healy

Chris Healy is a seasoned legal and corporate governance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Company Secretary and Legal Counsel at Titomic since January 2021, Chris has also held interim positions as Legal Counsel and Chief Operating Officer. As Chairman and Managing Director of BondAdviser since August 2017, Chris has overseen strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Previous roles include consultancy for SapphireCare and Balfour Beatty plc, where responsibilities included legal advice and compliance. Chris served as Legal Director & Company Secretary for Guinness Peat Group plc and Coats Viyella Plc, managing all legal matters and corporate governance. Chris began a legal career as a solicitor at Nabarro LLP and Lee Bolton and Lee, following an education in law at the University of Kent.
